Veggie Burgers

I have not always been a vegetarian but I have always loved veggie burgers. Frozen ones are good,  but the microwave
scares me (not really but I know it chemically alters food or something) so I tried making some of my own. This recipe
is from"Oh She Glows" . Its the best she says, and I like it too!  Especially with vegan miso mayo, relish, avocado, sprouts, and lettuce.

Honey/ Honig

I've decided to take a step toward becoming a "Crunchy Betty" and use honey to wash my face. I already use Dr.Weils Origins skin products but they are much more expensive than what Crunchy Betty suggests. I still like what i've been using but now I also put raw honey on my face in the morning and leave it on for a few minutes before I wash it off.  Honey is a natural antioxidant and has anti-microbial properties that can help protect your skin from sun damage, it supports the skin's ability to rejuvenate and refresh depleted skin, and it leaves skin feeling very soft and smooth! In addition, it can treat minor acne caused by hormonal changes and heal scars. Honey absorbs impurities from the pores, making it an ideal cleansing agent, its cheap (I could of bought 52 bear fulls of honey instead of my last origins purchase).

Los Osos

My mom and I have been considering running a 10k race in October called "The Spooner's Cove Trail Run." We wanted to see what it was like so we went and hiked around, as you can see it was very pretty. Also someone wearing skull shoes left a perfect imprint in the dirt for me to take a picture of. Afterwards we went to the Morro Bay farmers market, bought kale, peaches, honey, and olive oil. Ate lunch at "Health Foods/ Shine Cafe," got a vegetarian sandwich, and before going home  went to Sea Canyon Apple Farm to get fresh apples and cider. We bought 30lbs worth!...but we share.
